Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Because we’re a wholesale business, returns and refunds need to be approved by our team before being sent back.
- Please contact Joann at jgebron@jamiesadock.com to request a return.
- If approved, you’ll be given a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Returns without an RA cannot be accepted.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or issue a credit if applicable.
Note: Some items may not be eligible for return due to limited availability or special order status.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
